Paper Submission

We invite two different types of paper submission:

  • Full-length papers reporting on research or experience;
  • Short papers describing work in progress.

Papers will be accepted ONLY BY ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION in PDF format. Please include a cover page containing title, author's name(s), address, affiliation, email address, telephone number and session number(e.g. OS1). In cases of multiple authors, all correspondence will be sent to the first author unless otherwise requested. Full papers may be up to 16 double spaced pages, and short papers may be up to 8 double spaced pages, by July 1, 2014. All submissions will be reviewed by members of the international Program Committee. Papers must be submitted electronically. If you encounter any difficulties during submission, or if you require further information, please contact the conference chairs. The submitted manuscript should closely reflect the final paper as it will appear in the proceedings, which will be a maximum of 12 pages (full-length papers) or 6 pages (short papers) in JSME Journals format:
